Can someone explain something about this flick post title? Is there a background story of this being sent out of the blue? Is Poesy an office?
HOLY CRAP! Signed Daniel and Jill Pinkwater book for Poesy, the office, Clerkenwell, London, UK

USA Today's "Hot Summer Books":
Adventures of a Cat-Whiskered Girl
By Daniel Pinkwater
(Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, $16, June 7, ages 10 and up)
A companion to Pinkwater's zany fantasies The Neddiad and The Yggyssey.

I hate the description "zany", and have developed a visceral loathing for anyone giving something that descriptor. Particular to anything of quality -- it's excusable if the item is "zany" -- synonym for insufferably gaudily off-putting.

LA Times on Adventures of a Cat-Whiskered Girl

Pinkwater brings a magical realist perspective to YA fiction in the third volume of the series that begins with "The Yggyssey" and "The Neddiad."
Now THAT'S a far better and meaningful "positive" review.
